This module allow to manage customer with mobile number, name, address, birth date, marriage anniversary and few open addition fields which can map with customer loan detail or any additional values.Group - This will use to create customer group and bind customer in specific group which will use to set reminder.
System is allowed CSV or Excel File to upload and customer will create based on uploaded files.
System is allowing to create different type of message template like Birthday Message, Service Renewal Message, Loan Installment Message.
Message Template allow customized TAG also, which will replace during actual message preparation like suppose we used customer_name tag while creating message template then it will replace actual customer name before sending SMS
System provides facility to add reminder for each customer or multiple customer with date, repeat period, and message template.
System will generate message based on reminder date and dispatch same via SMS.
System allows to configure auto respond.
System will read message from mobile phone on specific time duration and based on message content it will check predefined messages
System found predefine message and inbox message same then it will respond back to sender.
Like customer send message that CARPRICE, system will check predefine message in auto respond module and if it will match CARPRICE then it will return auto respond like MARUTI Basic 2.35L , Advance 2.6L etc.
System has facility to send SMS to multiple person
